Oswego County Fair Display in Review

   This year's Federation display was bigger than last years mainly to the fact that we had a side by side ATV and a table talking about invasive species.  We also had two taxidermist's works on display and an individual giving out sample and promoting pet food.  We sold raffle tickets which was moderately successful.  We had 15 different people work the fair and with the exception of three individuals all were Mad River Club members.

FISH TANKS

Now to the wanted part

• The Living Stream still is the biggest draw to our booth.  The children love to see the fish.  The tank is getting old and showing signs of stress and wear and we might want to consider replacing it in the future

• I would like to consider having a couple of other smaller fish tanks to go along with the living stream.

• At this time there is a 75 gallon fish tank and a 25 gallon fish tank that that we can use.

• The thought is using these tanks to have maybe a turtle display and maybe a frog / tadpole display.

• We could also add plants to all of the tanks.

ITEMS NEEDED ARE TABLE THAT WOULD SUPPORT THE ADDITIONAL TANKS. 

1. The 75 gallon tank filled with water weighs in at or near the 800 pound range.  Two sturdy tables are needed for these additional tanks.
2. Items such as pumps and filters are needed.
