NEWS FROM HUNTERS HELPING KIDS, "HHK"  

 

Members of Oswego County Federation of Sportsman,

 

 

The NNY Chapter of Hunters Helping Kids will again be sponsoring our annual youth turkey hunt  on April 26& 27th with last years number of registered participants 42.,  tripling from the previous year. We are in the process of planning fishing and duck/goose events also. As the public becomes aware of our chapters' events the number of participants  has grown faster than our bank account. 

 

   To help us raise funds to to support these events we are offering raffles of two cash prizes.  The first one is directed to our youth turkey hunt weekend.  A donation of $ 2.00/ticket will pay out a $200, $100, and a $50.00.  

 

 The second one directed to our fund raising banquet on June 21,2008. A donation of $ 3.00/ticket, that will pay out   $300, $200, and $ 50.00 .

 

Also a some point we will be selling our banquet meal tickets. The banquet is being held at the Sandy Pond Sportsman's club house on June 21st. Prime rib and BBQ pork with all the trimmings,$20.00/person, $15.00 senior & kids 6-12 years, and 5 & under  free.

 

I am contacting you at this time 1.) to let you know what our chapter is doing in the area, 2.) to see if anyone in your organization would be interested in helping sell our raffle tickets,  3.) to invite you to attend our youth turkey hunt dinner on Sunday April 27th @1:00pm at the Sandy Pond Sportsman's Club,and 4.) to invite you to our banquet in June.
